Undoubtedly, Francis is our preferred choice for all our projects in California.

Great job on a challenging project! After having gone through multiple Electrical Engineers, most of whom specialized in basic contractor work, we finally found Francis. We wanted a more advanced electrical plan, including full-house battery backup, optional solar power, and automated load-shedding to prevent overbuilding. Francis quickly grasped the concept and got straight to work, demonstrating his professionalism and efficiency by completing a massive amount of work in roughly two weeks and within budget. He included all the relevant details and maximized power usage without relying too heavily on load-shedding. He used batteries effectively and avoided excess equipment, resulting in plans that even passed city, subcontractor, and GC reviews with minimal modifications. We were extremely happy with Francis' work and would definitely use his services again. In retrospect, we would have entrusted all MEP tasks to him from the beginning, bypassing subcontractors and avoiding significant issues.

Working with Francis was a great experience. He delivered my work within the agreed deadline. Moreover, Francis put in extra efforts to ensure that our project was completed as scheduled. I'm delighted with his work ethos and will continue to engage his services in the future.
