Driven by a love for deal-making and a thirst for knowledge, he strives to equip his clients with all the necessary information to make expert decisions in property investing, sales, leasing, and management. Tom has emerged as a self-starter, having been self-employed from 19 years old onwards, and has gained vast professional experience, starting as a construction laborer, advancing to general contractor and eventually becoming a commercial property manager and brokerage associate. He holds multiple licenses in Real Estate and General Contractor Builder/Remodeler, with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, property management, leasing, sales, building, and remodeling. He has more than eight years of active real estate investment experience and is currently pursuing CCIM designation. Alongside professional affiliations such as MNCAR - Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, NFIB - The Voice of Small Business, and BBB - The Better Business Bureau, he holds licenses as a Building Contractor (License # BC718302) and a Real Estate Salesperson (License # 40795096).
