Our services come with the following amenities: 18, 20 or 24-foot box trucks, a team of 2, 3 or 4 movers, two-wheel hand trucks, four-wheel dollies, moving blankets, boxes, wardrobes, moving straps, unlimited shrink, tools for assembly/disassembly, piano board (by request), and packing materials (by request).
Our rates include an hourly rate plus truck fee, and there is no heavy item or stairs fee, mileage fee, or any other fees unless otherwise stated. John Frank Moving's Alex and Yuri were fantastic! Our task was to transfer furniture and boxes from storage to a second-floor two-bedroom condo. To make the job more manageable, I had to sort through the items on the spot and decide which ones to keep in storage and which ones to take with us. They were attentive and efficient, taking good care of the furniture, and putting everything in its intended place. Additionally, they even took a moment to replace a screw that came loose from one of the tables.
