Despite having recently chosen S.I.G., I am thoroughly impressed with the property management expertise of Mike Shaar and his team. Kyle promptly visited my rental and conducted a thorough tour, taking photos as well. Furthermore, both Mike and Kyle possess interpersonal skills that enable them to engage effectively with both tenants and owners. Their organization exudes professionalism, and I anticipate a long and fruitful partnership.

When I relocated to Glendale, CA in 2011, S.I.G. became my premier property management firm. Throughout my four-year tenancy, they were incredibly accommodating, and our landlord-tenant relationship was smooth and virtually uneventful. I barely had to interact with them, making them the perfect landlord. On the infrequent occasion (once, twice max) that I required assistance, they were highly accessible via phone or email, and their maintenance staff resolved the issue the same day. Although I have moved away from the area, if I return to Glendale, I will not consider any other property management company except S.I.G. I want to thank S.I.G. once again, and I hope to return soon.

While I'm working abroad, Michael and Monique provided exceptional assistance in getting my home rented out.
