Coach Rita was phenomenal with Samara, my niece who had been visiting during the winter months and was terrified of water. Ms. Rita displayed immense kindness and nurtured Samara's fears until she felt more comfortable. Moreover, she was punctual and clear in her communication regarding scheduling and never canceled or arrived late. Ms. Rita came equipped with kickboards, fins, toys, dive sticks, and other tools that made the learning process more enjoyable. Her years of experience shone through in her teaching techniques and how she handled Samara. After Ms. Rita's lessons, Samara is now confident and comfortable in the water, and we plan to return to Coach Rita for my own personal adult lessons and Samara's new interest in perfecting her strokes to join the swim team. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Coach Rita for helping Samara and me overcome our fear of the water. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking for swim lessons or coaching services. As someone who seldom writes reviews, I am honored to share my experience with the best swim coach in South Florida I've encountered thus far, and I hope my testimonial helps other people looking for similar services this summer.

She went on and on about how much she values her clients and their resources, but it turned out to be empty words. Despite me paying for six swimming lessons in advance, she only conducted one lesson before cancelling every other week. I cannot in good conscience recommend her services to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a decent swim instructor who truly respects your time and money. They are out there.

Initially, she was punctual and offered help. However, her demeanor changed when I faced an issue with my pool being unprepared. She displayed disrespect and demanded money from me without any justification. To make matters worse, she kept an additional $90 and is unresponsive to my calls and messages.
It is noteworthy that her swimming instructions are misguided. She made me move my hands in a strenuous windmill motion, and her advice is to open your mouth while entering the water, without emphasizing the importance of breathing. It is important to exercise caution while training with her.
