Greetings, my name is Alex Martinez and I am the proprietor of ZenitraM Roofing - a family-centric company headquartered in Vista, California. With over 17 years of experience in the roofing industry, I have always aimed to become a licensed roofing contractor. In February 2022, I finally took the plunge and submitted my application to California State License Board (CSLB). After merely 3 weeks, I received a letter confirming my acceptance and specifying the test date in April. Upon passing both the law and trade exams, I submitted all the necessary documents to CSLB. And, I am ecstatic to announce that as of August 9, 2022, I have been awarded the C-39 roofing license.At Zenitram Roofing, we strive to provide excellent quality roofing services and exemplary customer service to all our valuable customers located in San Diego County and nearby areas. Our specialized services revolve around residential roofing-based projects, which include repairs, re-roofing, and new construction of roofs for all types of houses. No project is too monumental or trivial for us.

Our house had a potential roof leak, so we sought the assistance of Alex during the rainy season. Having recently undergone renovations in which electrical and thermal solar were installed on our roof, we needed to address the issue of water coming in through the ceiling upstairs. Zerotram was our solution, and we were grateful for his prompt response. The next day, he arrived and tirelessly worked until he pinpointed the source of the leak. His expertise was incredible, and we highly recommend him for all roofing needs. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend this company. Their work was exceptional, they conducted themselves very professionally, and communicated with us in a clear and timely manner. Despite the challenges presented by our solar panels, cable wires and busy schedules, they were still able to complete the fascia and roof work we needed. The pricing they offered was fair, and their staff was very friendly as well.
