For 14 years, I worked in fine dining restaurants, and for 9 years, I managed them. To this day, my approach to food and business is influenced by my experience as a restaurant chef. I prioritize sourcing ingredients from local purveyors, spanning from meats and produce to grains and specialty items. Each event is unique, and I tailor the flavors, textures, and styles to suit the client's preferences.What I love about my current venture is not just the cooking itself, but the opportunity to connect with clients. While working in restaurants, I was often tied to the stove with little chance to interact with guests. Now, I can deliver the same level of craftsmanship and passion in my dishes while engaging with clients and discussing my love for cooking. This level of interaction enhances their enthusiasm for the food they are experiencing.

Adam was hired to conduct a sushi making lesson for a team building event for the corporate sector. His work was truly commendable! Adam had all the necessary items essential for the sushi class, and he was able to cater to the allergy issues and food preferences of our team. The quality and taste of the food were superb. The best part about Adam is that he is a fun person to work with, and his instructions are both easy to follow and in-depth. The team had an outstanding experience with this activity. Adam is a remarkable chef! He crafted an incredible four course meal for our family of 20 that left us in awe. His attention to detail and instruction on ingredient pairings, textures and flavors were exceptional. Each course was an enjoyable and informative experience in gastronomy. Adam thoroughly listened to my requests for my wife's birthday dinner and executed it flawlessly. His communication skills are great and he is very meticulous in his work. You are in for a treat when dining with him! I highly recommend Adam for anyone wanting a delectable cuisine and would love to invite him back for another meal.

Chaia Cucina Catering arrived early at my home to prepare the delicious food. They assisted me in setting up and preparing the presentation tables. Their professional manner was evident when my guests arrived, and they commented that the event was "Classy." The food was divine and beautifully arranged. The caterers discretely cleared up and left, so I could spend time with my guests. I was pleased to see that my kitchen was spotless afterward.
