They were punctual with scheduling and Jason (who has an in-depth knowledge of cars) and his partner (whose name I forgot) were incredibly courteous, proficient, and engaging while being focused on furnace replacement. Bruce, too, has an amiable demeanor. We will rely on them for all our heating and cooling necessities. Although we didn't use it, it's worth mentioning that they offer financing.

At the onset of last winter, Tiger deceived me regarding the equipment they fitted. The furnace they provided was substandard and improperly matched with the A/C and coil, resulting in an underpowered blower that could not handle the workload of the other components. Despite my attempts to address the issue, they resisted, leaving me with neither the resources nor the time to pursue legal action. I intend to approach the BBB for resolution. Not only did they furnish me with relevant information, but also a fantastic Rheem unit at a discount tailored for military personnel. Their commitment to customer satisfaction distinguishes them from Tiger, whose sole focus is their profit motive. Assured is the real deal, and I strongly recommend them!
