The service provided was exceptional! The customer service team went above and beyond to meet my needs and kept me well-informed of any updates and changes. Although the repairman sent by Mr Appliance was pleasant, he confessed to not having ever serviced or repaired a Bosch Electric Cooktop upon arrival, despite all the relevant information regarding the appliance being passed on when the appointment was made. He did not inspect the cooktop to diagnose the issue and instead contacted Bosch's hotline to seek guidance. Frustrated, I called the office to inquire about the repairman's tenure and was informed that he had only been with the company for six months. I requested that they send someone knowledgeable about Bosch Cooktops to examine and explain the problem before ordering any necessary parts. I paid $126.88 for absolutely nothing. Fortunately, the company rescheduled and is sending a repairman with over 20 years of experience.

My encounter with Mr. Appliance pertaining to my washer and dryer complications was extremely positive. The technician, Burt, was affable, meticulous, and provided detailed explanations for his suggestions. Furthermore, he was forthright about the potential risks involved in his repairs and their inability to guarantee a flawless outcome. My only criticism is that the examination fee and replacement of the washing machine pump amounted to a considerable sum of $300+.
