"We had a great experience with this Company! They provided an estimate for fixing some tiles that had become dislodged and also inspected the skylight on our two-story townhouse to ensure it was properly sealed. While they were on the roof, they attempted to call us but we were unable to receive the call due to issues with our cellphone. Despite this, they proceeded with the tile repairs and confirmed that the skylight was in good condition. Remarkably, they did not charge us for their work. We are extremely grateful and will definitely call upon them when we require assistance in the future."

When I requested a repair, Jesse, a worker from Northmen, came to my house and went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting my roof to check for additional defects. He even uncovered some issues that I was unaware of. His friendly demeanor made him easy to work with as we discussed my repair options. Overall, the repair was performed quickly and effortlessly, resulting in a job well done.

What an exceptional experience! Northmen Roofing performed an initial assessment of our concern to confirm whether it was related to the roof. Their transparency and integrity were evident as they proposed alternatives to roof repair in order to save us money and unnecessary roofing efforts. It's a pity that Meritage homes have such substandard craftsmanship in their construction. We are grateful to Northmen Roofing for their prompt and truthful service!

In my opinion, this business is operated by a family, and from the outset of our conversation, I had faith in their team. They exhibited dependability and efficiency, with exceptional communication. Upon reaching out, they responded promptly and quickly notified me of their delayed arrival during a severe storm. This level of communication is crucial to me. Although my roofing needs were minor, if I require more substantial work or when it's time to replace it, I will undoubtedly engage them again. I strongly suggest them with a rating of 10/10.
