Our 1400 ft2 house has been transformed by Victor and his team's incredible job upgrading all our floors! Victor proved to be responsive, honest, and extremely friendly from the outset, even when we faced a personal emergency and our communication had to be delayed for a month, Victor kept in touch and ensured that the job remained on schedule. Over a period of 10 days, Victor and his team removed the carpets in four rooms, leveled the floors, and installed high-quality vinyl flooring. I hired Arias Custom Flooring to install LVP flooring in my house, but later changed my mind and decided to go with engineered hardwood. Victor was highly responsive to my initial inquiries and extremely helpful throughout the process. He presented me with various options to replace my carpet and even recommended a few places to purchase the materials. Once I had made my purchase, he provided guidance on the best options for installation. Thanks to his input, I was able to purchase top-quality flooring for a lower price than I would have paid at a big-box store, where the options would have been much more limited. The demolition work proceeded quickly and smoothly, with Victor and helper Raul working together efficiently. Both were highly respectful and knowledgeable, working with great attention to detail throughout the project. Victor's priorities were always the quality of his work and his customers' long-term needs. He provided excellent craftsmanship, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. This project ended up involving carpentry work, as well. When we removed the stair railing, Victor and I decided to build a new one. He was willing to lend his expertise, and created a beautiful cable railing complete with a custom-made handrail in white oak. He removed all the old wood and created an entirely new structure.
