Mopheadz Cleaning

Rita and Che performed admirably. However, I feel let down because Kelly failed to phone me at the scheduled time, depriving me of the opportunity to furnish her with payment details. Even though I made an effort to contact Mopheadz # by placing a call, all I received was voicemail, and I am unwilling to share my credit card number without verifying the addressee.

Although the house cleaner did a great job, I was disappointed to see that my bill was $20 over the estimated price. Even though I raised a concern about the extra charge, the explanation provided didn't make up for my negative experience. It makes me wonder – if I didn't speak up, what would happen if the overcharge was even higher, like $50 or even $100?

We enjoyed working with them and appreciated their cooperation. They were able to meet our on-site requests even with limited notice. We will certainly consider working with them again in the future.

My new house was in disarray after construction, but Kelly and Rita did an impressive job cleaning it up! They arrived promptly and tackled the issues caused by the lack of services like water at the house. I am very pleased with their work and will certainly request their services again.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the Mopheads Cleaning crew. How does one adequately review a group of individuals who have given you back your livelihood? Their communication and job professionalism were exceptional, and the results of their house cleaning were beyond phenomenal! A perfect 10 out of 10! I cannot thank them enough for not only cleaning my house but also bringing some much-needed life back into it.
