Quality Movers

I spent $460 for six hours of service from the movers. While they were friendly, they failed to pay attention to my instructions. I requested that they verify what items should go into the garage versus the upstairs apartment, but they neglected to do so. As a result, my garage is now full of items that were meant for upstairs. I also asked them to assist me in retrieving some items from my storage unit, but they declined, claiming it would be too expensive. My mother even noticed that they were idle at times during the move. It took them six hours to complete the job, whereas my mother and I had completed a similar amount of work in three hours. They were also late to begin, and one of the movers was preoccupied with a personal phone call for an extended period. I am left with the task of organizing my garage and transporting my belongings upstairs. The company offered a solution, but I was dissatisfied with it and did not want to bring the movers back. To ensure that future movers are more efficient, I realize that I need to be more assertive and remind them of the time constraints and the importance of verifying where specific items should go. I regret cancelling the other company and wish I had used them instead.

The loading process was speedy, but unfortunately, they also unloaded the truck quickly. Regrettably, my antique furniture ended up being scratched and dinged during the process. Moreover, the back feet of my loveseat were broken, and the corner of the dining table was also damaged. To make matters worse, amidst the commotion, I didn't immediately notice that my 4-foot ladder and step-stool were both missing two days later. Astonishingly, we still gave them a tip. Needless to say, I'm exhausted and infuriated.

I was extremely cautious with my possessions and we had to make several stops during the somewhat complex relocation. I will definitely be utilizing their services again!
