I am Chef Marcelino Rancaño IV, a skilled professional in Event Catering and Customized Meal preparation for more than 15 years. My experience as a Banquet Chef in a Luxury 5 Star Resort has given me an extensive knowledge on various cuisines.My Latin roots influence my style of cooking, which is why I specialize in Latin Cuisine. I was born in Cuba and raised in Puerto Rico. Moreover, I enjoyed living in Argentina, Brazil, and Venezuela and learned their culinary traditions. However, I also take interest in showcasing my skills in Italian, Barbecue, and American Cuisine. The possibilities are infinite.

Marcelino catered the memorial service for our cherished mother, sparing us the task of preparing a luncheon for a hundred guests.
