Our experience was terrific from start to finish. Despite having two dogs, our carpets came out looking brand new, which is no easy feat. In the past, we've had some mediocre carpet cleaning encounters with a different company, but this time around was a welcome change of pace. It was like a breath of fresh air!

Right from the beginning, Jonathan was impressively prompt in responding to my CrackerJack request. He provided me with all the pertinent details and even estimated the cost for the carpet cleaning service I desired for my house.
When Jonathan arrived for our scheduled appointment, he was punctual and reviewed everything with us before proceeding with the job. He did an exceptional job on our carpets and managed to remove some stubborn stains that I thought were permanent.

Two of my oriental carpets needed a thorough cleaning, so I contacted Jonathan who came over to collect them from my home in Annandale. Since my place is currently undergoing significant renovation, it was a great convenience to have Jonathan return the carpets to my new location in Manassas looking superb. They were very flexible with my schedule, extremely cooperative, did a fantastic job in cleaning, and on top of that, their price was noteworthy. I am definitely going to use their services again soon and would highly recommend them.
