The installation of my tile by Jim and his team at Get Great Flooring was outstanding. They were incredibly punctual and remarkably tidy (despite the dusty nature of tile removal!) while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. On a whim, I asked if they could remove a wall, and they handled that with ease. The new connection between my dining room and kitchen is wonderful, and the flooring is exactly as advertised. They tackled all wall touch-ups, replaced crown molding and baseboards, and flawlessly connected the new tile to the existing bedroom carpet. Jim informed me promptly of any additional costs (including tearing out the wall and discovering vinyl beneath the old tile), so there were no surprises on the bill. Additionally, they were accommodating with my dogs, who needed to be kept out of the way a few times. In my opinion, the tile cuts were meticulous, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any flooring project.
