I was employed due to my error of accidentally severing a cable to my A.C. system, which caused it to emit warm air. The response I received was prompt, and even though it was after business hours, the repairman informed me of the time he would be available to come and fix the issue as well as the cost. He arrived early in the morning, and within just half an hour, he had resolved the problem. He was meticulous, courteous, and mindful of my possessions.
