As a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I take great pleasure in assisting others. The base price for my services is determined by the number of Signatures required. Please refer to the FAQs section for travel expenses, which are not included in the signature cost. I offer notarization services for an array of documents, including Wills, Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, Quit-Claim and Warranty Deeds, and Home Loan documents such as Reverse Mortgages, Refinancing, and Loan Modifications.
