It is best to steer clear of this contractor who lacks knowledge in painting garage floors. After a week of waiting to use the newly painted floor, wet tires caused the paint to peel off. The contractor has been unresponsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. The poor surface preparation is the main culprit, and using amateur acid wash with a power sprayer is inadequate. Securing an epoxy floor requires sanding and, at times, primer. To reiterate, it is highly recommended to avoid this contractor.
