Despite our efforts, the issue persisted, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, to my satisfaction, Oscar offered to pay a visit that evening and investigate further. Upon his arrival, he confirmed that my actions were reasonable, but determined that the component I had purchased was defective. He promptly substituted the faulty part with a functioning GFCI outlet, quickly restoring our home's productivity.
