Despite my vacation plans falling through, meeting Susan was a great experience. Her professionalism has left me with a strong inclination to reach out to her when I am finally able to take my vacation.

Our two boxers were left in Susan's care for the first time. Despite the one dog's initial reaction during the meet and greet, Susan was excellent. We initially feared how they would respond, but Susan reassured us and she was correct as they were perfectly fine. Susan took meticulous notes during her visits and kept us informed with text and photo updates while we were away. It was a much less stressful experience for both us and our dogs compared to boarding. We intend to contact Susan for our next vacation and would highly recommend her services.

My animals were very well taken care of by Susan and Paul. They looked after my two dogs, two cats (including one geriatric cat that needed extra attention), as well as my cockatoo. I am impressed with their service and will certainly hire them again in the future! Thumbs up!

While we were out, Susan and Paul were excellent caretakers for our two feline friends. They visited twice daily, and we had complete trust in their ability to look after our cats.
