An hour later, the "owner" contacted me not to apologize for the incident or see how he could assist, but to complain about my review. Despite my request for him to cease his harassment, he persisted and even sent a final text threatening to negatively impact my score on the platform. This young guy has a poor grasp of customer service, so beware.

Although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, I must say that their service was exceptional. Their punctuality, professionalism, and efficiency left me thoroughly impressed. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

They recently assisted me in collecting two wine refrigerators I had purchased from a neighbor via Social media. They safely transported them to my home, unloaded and positioned them in my laundry room without causing any damage to the walls or the appliances. The team was friendly, skilled and well-organized.
