All in all, our encounter with Thom was wonderful! His pricing is reasonable compared to others in the market, and he takes the time to sit down with you at the beginning of the project to sort everything out. He even came to our home multiple times to discuss the plans and provide guidance when we got too carried away. Obtaining permits is always a challenge, and it took longer than expected for our small project. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that his expediter did not realize that the city representative responsible for approving our permits had been terminated, causing a major delay. I was surprised that I discovered this information and they did not. Although there were some minor issues with the plans during the construction process, we are confident that Thom would have rectified them if we had brought them to his attention. In the end, we had a positive experience and would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional who can complete the job without the haughtiness and intimidation demonstrated by other firms.
