The communication process was slow, and instead of the highly-rated husband and wife team, a subcontractor was sent. However, Lisa, the subcontractor, was exceptional, and I would hire her again. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no communication regarding her start time, causing me to wait for 2 1/2 hours, expecting the owners. Despite this, the paperhanging turned out well, and Lisa was able to overcome the challenges presented by the brick wall, cock-eyed windows, and non-level sills. It took a considerable amount of time to receive communication from the team, nearly a week before they provided an appointment date and time, leading me to consider finding someone else. Overall, be prepared to wait and potentially receive a subcontractor. However, I would recommend asking for Lisa specifically.

These individuals possess incredible talent and are genuinely good people. They are extremely responsive and always willing to help troubleshoot any issues that may come up. I highly recommend collaborating with them for any future wall treatments.
