I am unable to work on Macs, Chromebooks, Surface Pros or custom-built PCs. My hourly rate is $75 with a maximum flat fee of $300 for any amount of work required. My areas of expertise include performance, security, networks, malware hunting, digital forensic incident and response engineering, virus removal, data recovery, upgrading from HDD to SSD, Windows installations, and consulting/advising on any system engineering project.

While I am located in Mckinney, TX, 80% of my clients are nationwide. My success rate comes from being transparent and spending an adequate amount of time with you and your PC as well as using my exceptional skills and care. For a flat fee of $300, I dedicate 8 to 10 solid hours to your PC, checking everything with a fine-tooth comb. I may work on it alone or with you alongside to mentor. The work may take place in several sessions until the job is done correctly. Rushing through an issue means they have overlooked an essential task, which can harm your PC. In contrast, I perform every appropriate action I know of, but I cannot charge for all of my time. This is why I offer a flat fee of $300 to help you with everything, including performance and security, so you won't have to worry about your PC in the future.

I provide full and professional documentation of the entire process, which I review and teach at the end or during the repair. My competitors do not have the patience to teach you like I do; therefore, expect them to repeat the same unknown mistakes that led to the initial problem. With me, this will never happen again.

I make assessing and steering people away from purchasing a new PC or paying a lot for very little here on CrackerJack. Although my flat fee may seem high, it is worth the investment given my almost 800 satisfied customers.

From 100s of miles away, I will teach you how to migrate correctly from one version of Windows to another, add physical RAM, clone a disk drive, switch from HDD to SSD, and get the help you need if we cannot do it remotely. My approach takes more time, but it is 100% safe, no viruses or "crud" will remain, and I teach you the right way to carry out various procedures so that you won't make the same mistakes again.

Lastly, I also help people who have been involved in Internet scams and other criminal activity, document what damage is done, and help them get refunds when possible. I advise them on damage assessment, remedial action and teach them about the importance of adopting strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and other essential security measures. I always employ extreme vetting, a time-consuming procedure that is crucial for detecting and removing malware.
