I sent him a message, texted him, and called him to make two appointments for an estimate to construct a portico. However, he failed to show up, respond to my messages or phone calls.

After promising to provide an estimate, the individuals visited the house but failed to obtain the necessary additional measurements for a comprehensive cost and time frame estimate. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates, there has been no response and the idea of their return seems unlikely. Overall, efforts to pursue their services have been abandoned.
