After much delay, I am finally posting a review. I was prompted by a Happy Birthday email to do so. For over a year, I had been using a competitor insurance policy until Heidi intervened. She offered to assess the fees and promised to match or beat them if possible. I accepted her offer, reasoning that there was nothing to lose. It turned out that I was due to pay over $200k in fees! Thankfully, Heidi's review proved to be a lifesaver, saving me thousands in the first year alone. I have referred many people to her, and I continue to hear positive remarks about her services.
