It appears that he previously worked at Barrington Pools for an extensive period and has been in the pool industry for more than two decades. My spool, which contains 22 jets and is somewhat complicated, was handled effortlessly by Joel. He was forthright about his pricing, with no clandestine or undisclosed charges.
