Although I typically do not take the time to pen reviews, I feel compelled to do so based on my recent experience. I requested assistance with some stereo issues, including speaker and receiver problems. Unfortunately, several companies were unable or unwilling to help. However, Tyler promptly responded to my request and inquired about my schedule, quickly fitting me in between appointments. Aaron, the technician, was a consummate professional who offered helpful advice and answered all of my questions. He was also a very pleasant person to interact with. I will definitely utilize their services again for future projects.

Our home theater system was installed impeccably by Theater Design Company, helmed by Tyler and Aaron. The installation included a 77" OLED television mounted to the wall with concealed wiring, and all of the necessary accessories were connected, including the Dolby Atmos soundbar and 4K Blu-ray player. The installation was perfect - with the television mounted straight, at the correct height, and close to the wall, resulting in a clean and professional look with no visible wires. The overall appearance and sound are outstanding, like having your own cinema in the house. Tyler and Aaron were efficient, professional, cautious, and attentive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. We would highly recommend them!

I was thoroughly impressed with the work that the Theater Design Company performed. They seamlessly mounted my 83" LG OLED TV onto an articulating arm and adeptly ran power and HDMI cables through the wall to my receiver. Additionally, they meticulously routed ethernet (CAT6a) wiring through my crawlspace to both my TV and office. Not to mention, they effectively installed subwoofer and speaker wiring to enhance my living room's surround sound. The Theater Design Company operated with a keen eye for detail and executed everything flawlessly. Furthermore, they left no mess behind, and I was incredibly satisfied with their services. The only drawback is that I regret not hiring them for my former residence as well!

The installation of my new TV, flush mount, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, and tuning my home theater system was excellently executed by JR. I strongly recommend their audio/video setup services, as they possess a great deal of expertise.
