Recently, I contacted them after my garage door started making a strange noise. I even sent a video of the problem and the next day, the owner came to assess the issue. To my relief, there was nothing urgent that needed fixing. The owner was upfront, punctual, and incredibly well-informed about the situation. He took the time to break down what was going on and the options I had. He didn't even charge me for his time and consultation.
