He came to my place to give me an estimate for lawn care and additionally pointed out other projects that I required. He assured that he'd initiate the work the next week, however, he didn't turn up and remained unresponsive to my messages. I can't fathom how he manages to stay in business!

I was given an estimate that I accepted, but the work was never done. My attempts to contact them were ignored, leading me to believe they were not interested in the job. It would have been better if they had just declined rather than conduct business in such an unprofessional manner.
