Trace Thorpe from Used CrackerJack contacted me regarding my home improvement needs. He visited me the following day to take photos and discuss redoing the ceiling, fixing cracks in the walls, and painting. He informed me that Evan, a handyman I had used previously, would be working on the project. However, Evan had mentioned that he wasn't comfortable working on the ceiling, and I shared this with Trace. Despite this, Trace assured me that he would handle the job well. The estimated time for the job was 2-3 days, but Evan seemed inexperienced as he left the site and returned, leaving the ceiling texture still damp. To fix the issue, Trace returned to spot paint the walls and address bubbles on them. Unfortunately, cleaning up after the work was completed was an inconvenience. Overall, the project didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped.
