For our American-Chinese wedding in Huntington Beach, CA taking place on 11.22.22, we enlisted Fists Full of Cake on CrackerJack to provide our cake. Despite residing in the Bay Area, we conveniently arranged a tasting at their bakery to select our preferred flavor. We ultimately opted for their DBC flavor, consisting of chocolate cake, chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and chocolate ganache, though we requested for it to be without the salty caramel. Additionally, we paid for delivery of the 3-tier cake (10-in, 8-in, 6-in). Notably, the cake arrived punctually and was breathtakingly beautiful both in appearance and taste, complete with real orchids and edible gold leaf. We had an enjoyable experience working with owner Michele throughout the process. Our guests were equally impressed and we strongly recommend Fists Full of Cake for any couples searching for wedding cake vendors.
