Overall, I am satisfied with my initial experience of enlisting the services of movers. The movers were flexible, diligent, and delivered desirable results within a reasonable time frame (4 hours for a two-bedroom house). Although a few furniture items sustained minor scratches, I believe this is routine for any relocation. The crucial aspect is that all my belongings arrived intact, relieving me of any arduous lifting.

Due to a leg injury, I was unable to pack up my apartment, so I contacted Royal Treatment Services for assistance. They were prompt and accommodated my urgent request. Their packing and moving services exceeded my expectations- they were efficient and displayed professionalism throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The performance of Royal Treatment was exceptional. They treated my furniture with great care and completed the unloading process in a timely and efficient manner.

Our delivered item was handled with care, making for an A+ experience. If I had the option to select more, I would also rate for value and punctuality. Despite inclement weather and the delivery person traveling a great distance, the move itself was executed excellently.

The work that Major and his team accomplished for my grandmother was nothing short of miraculous. Despite messaging the company late at night before my grandmother had to vacate her apartment by noon the next day, I had no idea what to expect given the time constraints. However, their service exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Their work was truly exceptional and they finished well before the deadline. Not only that, but their kindness and empathy were truly remarkable and demonstrated a level of compassion that is not often seen. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could and would highly recommend them to anyone, whether it's an urgent matter or not. Their work speaks for itself and is difficult to fully convey through a review.
