The initial communication for the estimate and scheduling went well, but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The company planned to send their top professional to fix our textured ceiling, but due to his unavailability, they sent someone else who did a hasty and unsatisfactory job. After expressing our concerns to Ken, he was understanding and remorseful, ensuring that the job would be done correctly. They eventually sent Oscar, who did an excellent job and left us content. This became a valuable learning experience for both parties, and ultimately, based on their handling of the situation, we would recommend Patch King. As my wife's boss says, the true measure of a company is how they handle adversity, and Patch King ultimately proved themselves.
