The transition from my previous property manager to Uptown Property Services, LLC was more challenging than anticipated. Neglected minor repairs and unpaid taxes spanning almost three years came to light only after making the switch. Stacy Garcia, however, is making every effort to rectify the past and has promised to assist us with the necessary back-tax payment before the March 31, 2016 deadline. In addition, she is addressing maintenance concerns raised by the tenant, and even went out of her way to take pictures of an adjacent lot that we suspected the former manager was still using for storage. We hope to potentially rent out the lot in the future. Stacy is exceeding our expectations, and with her help, we're confident in getting our rental property back on track.

For three months, my spouse and I resided in a facility overseen by Stacy. Right from our upfront payment and until our check-out, she proved to be very efficient in handling our affairs. During our sojourn, the ice-making machine in the refrigerator gave way, inundating the kitchen floor with water. I instantly informed Stacy by texting her, and within no time, a maintenance personnel turned up, seizing the water and cleaning up the clutter. The property we rented out was sparkling clean, fitted with all the requisite appliances and tools, such as cooking utensils, towels, bedding, and much more. Unsurprisingly, we're contemplating purchasing an estate in the same compound. Stacy gave us a tour of several accommodations in an unobtrusive manner and never coerced us into buying. She is exceedingly pleasant to work with, simultaneously upholding a touch of professionalism.
