Their service was exceptional, as they arrived promptly despite the short notice I had given them. Truly impressed with their work!

This business completed two projects for me. For the first project, the owner personally performed the work and did an exceptional job. Although his initial phone quote seemed unreasonably high, he later assessed the project in person and provided a very fair quote. However, for the second project, the owner informed me that he would be sending his own workers, but instead, he sent a different subcontractor. I later discovered that he had taken the subcontractor's price and doubled it, leaving me feeling trapped and frustrated. Despite my vocal complaints about the price, he refused to negotiate. As a result, I will not use his services again and cannot recommend him because of his tendency to overcharge when given the opportunity.

The team led by Kevin did a fantastic job installing the backsplash in my guest kitchen. Additionally, they provided valuable assistance in raising the cabinets a notch, showcasing their great attitude and pleasant personality. Notably, they were highly professional and meticulous in their work, leaving the workspace spotless once they were finished. I highly recommend these skilled experts for your backsplash and tile needs.

My master shower had several areas with cracked grout requiring repair. The work quality of 21 Tile exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly satisfied with the final outcome. Should I require further assistance on other projects, I will undoubtedly recruit their services again. The individual in control of the operation is highly skilled and proficient.
