Wow, Chef Nate exceeded our expectations! He hosted a fantastic sushi-making class for our group of 12 and it was an unforgettable experience. In addition, Chef Nate prepared an array of mouth-watering appetizers for our cocktail hour, both cold and hot. This was followed by a never-ending sushi dinner that was nothing short of amazing; everyone indulged in seconds and even thirds, but we still had leftovers! The sushi was made with high-quality fresh fish that was superb. Chef Nate and his wife Jackie were extremely professional, arrived early, and left our home sparkling clean. They accommodated all of our requests with no problem. The fact that everything took place outdoors just made it more impressive! Needless to say, we will definitely be hiring Chef Nate for our next event.

Nathaniel was absolutely exceptional! He displayed remarkable flexibility, amiability, and expertise throughout the entire ordeal. The entire affair felt personalized and the cuisine was delectable from beginning to end. We were overjoyed to have discovered him for our birthday celebration. Nathaniel diligently handled everything, from the setup to the cleanup. The quality of the food even surpassed that of any restaurant available in the vicinity! Our recommendation for him is indubitably resounding!

To have such superb “fine dining” cuisine prepared in my own kitchen was beyond my expectation! I cannot express my gratitude enough; if there were a Michelin star I could give, they would certainly receive one! For our anniversary, we engaged their services to create a tasting menu in the comfort of our home. We were delighted with the presentation of each of the six courses, complete with personalized menus bearing our names and anniversary date. They also included a thoughtful Sake pairing as a gift, bringing their own high-quality kitchen cookware, flatware, and serving dishes. After finishing, the cleanup was so thorough that it was as if they had never been there at all! Our kitchen was actually cleaner than before they arrived. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me fully satisfied even though I am known to be a big eater. My wife struggled to keep up by course four, but was determined to taste everything. I could continue to rave about their services, but you simply need to experience it for yourself! They will create an unforgettable gastronomical experience that your taste buds will undoubtedly appreciate. Trust me, you won't regret it!
