I just wish he had informed me beforehand that he had never installed a laminate floor, as it ended up taking him quite a bit of time to complete. The entire project was quite time-consuming for less than 4 square feet of flooring. It would have been helpful if he had communicated with me before starting the project. However, he's a pleasant person overall but could do with improving communication with his clients regarding their requirements and his skills.
