Purely in Order

After contacting three separate organizers, Kristen was the only one to respond within 15 minutes. We exchanged messages and then talked on the phone to discuss my project. As the owner of a basement full of boxes after two moves in 18 months, my project goals were still quite rough, but I made it clear that it was important to me for all items to be donated or discarded by the end of the day. Kristen and I scheduled times to work on the project, and she arrived on time with a professional demeanor and numerous tools to tackle the job. Through our three sessions, Kristen took charge of removing, transporting, and donating three carloads of goods to various locations, such as Goodwill, Women’s Shelters, Salv. Army, and the Humane Society, while encouraging me to make decisions and tackle the project head-on. Kristen was also supportive, empathetic, and motivational throughout the process.
