Rick and his team were hired for a tricky ordeal - replacing the entire HVAC system which included a failed central air conditioning unit in the middle of summer. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process, as Rick communicated everything about the job and provided an excellent estimate, which was the cost we paid when it was completed within days. He came through for us big time and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Last year, we employed Sweet's Heating & Cooling to replace our Greenwood house's HVAC and later for custom ductwork for our basement bathroom extension. When the recently installed heater malfunctioned on a Friday night, Rick arrived on Saturday to fix it, assuming it was a battery or unclear problem. To our surprise, he didn't even charge us for the visit. However, the heater malfunctioned again a week later, and after examining it again, he discovered a damaged circuit board. Under warranty, he exchanged the board and cleaned the furnace, neither of which he charged us for. Rick is always helpful, communicative, reliable, punctual, and does excellent work. I only wish he provided plumbing, electricity, roofing, painting, renovations, handyman tasks, gardening, automotive repairs, babysitting, exorcisms, and marriage counseling! Thanks, Rick!
