Despite making multiple attempts to contact Tim over a period of 3 days, he failed to respond or show up for our scheduled meeting. This is disappointing, as I was eager to utilize his services and many others had provided positive reviews. However, I am hesitant to leave a negative review and simply wish to know why he never got back to me.

Tim's pricing is the most competitive. After obtaining over ten quotes, even from Costco, I found Tim's pricing to be the most favorable. Not only that, but he has made the most outstanding impression on me. Hence, I understand why he holds a "Top Pro" rating; he is approachable, punctual, amiable, and very knowledgeable. Additionally, he identified a couple of incorrect connections in my system that no one else noticed. Tim doesn't have any overhead costs, so make sure you consult him before committing to someone else's estimate.

Superior Air left a great impression on me. Their representative came out multiple times due to a defective wifi thermostat device we purchased online. On a Saturday, he even made a trip to install the replacement we received. Their prices were very reasonable too.
