Initially, we contacted this vendor to lease decorative pieces for our wedding. However, after meeting with Holly and Tracey, it turned into a collaborative effort which made the remaining wedding planning process enjoyable. Holly and Tracey devoted their time to meet with us both in person and on zoom as well as visiting our venue prior to the event. Their enthusiasm for the event was contagious and their creativity in generating ideas, coupled with their meticulous attention to detail, not only saved the day but also made up for the things I would have overlooked. Their organized approach to handling contracts and billing was commendable and left no surprises with the charges. Although we hope to never need a wedding planner again, for any big event we plan in the future, we will be returning to Modern Elegence. The decor was gorgeous, thoughtfully put together, and uniquely detailed to reflect our vision and personalities. The exceptional experience we had with Holly and Tracey prompted my sister to invite them to fly to Jersey next year and decorate for her wedding. The experience was excellent, with high-quality work and exceptional professionalism and responsiveness. They collaborated with us extensively to ensure the colors and design were correct, resulting in an awesome outcome. Additionally, they provided an extra decoration near the door without any additional cost. Holly and Tracey are exceptional individuals, deserving five stars for their work.

Modern Elegance was hired by me to arrange a balloon backdrop. They were receptive to all our suggestions and managed to set up a fantastic display on schedule. Furthermore, they pleasantly surprised us by adding extra embellishments near the entrance. The dismantling process was completed promptly. To be frank, I cannot find any flaws with Holly and her team.
