Holy Rolly is not your typical food truck experience. I decided to try the Mad Cow, which has a Saintly variation without alcohol and includes Oreo cookie and chocolate syrup. The presentation was outstanding, and the cream had a unique taste that I had never experienced before. It was rich, smooth, and melted in my mouth. Although the line was quite long (now I understand why), it moved quickly and was worth the wait. The staff at the front were very friendly and took the time to explain what rolled cream was to first time customers. I give them five stars without hesitation. I can't wait to try their Rag Doll flavor next!
