Our deck, which had been deteriorating for the past 20 years, was rebuilt by David. He demonstrated punctuality, transparency, and communication by keeping us informed about the challenges he encountered. Additionally, he helped us navigate some unexpected issues. We are now assured that our deck will remain functional for many years to come without any difficulties. Furthermore, we appreciate David's 10-year warranty, which provides us with excellent assurance.

We contracted them to construct a deck and strengthen an area for a hot tub. They skillfully tore it apart and completed installation in a single day. On Monday, they applied wood stain that perfectly matched the vinyl planks. Their performance was exceptional. Furthermore, they came to our aid when we had a decaying subfloor. They repaired the affected region, set up new flooring, and elevated the joist while bolstering it beneath. We strongly suggest them! Chris is an expert in fixing almost everything!

Chris provided us with an estimate to remove the front portion of our deck, as shown in the first set of photographs, and replace the railings, add steps, and stain the entire deck (including the railings and old floors). He brought the necessary materials on the first day, completed the demo on the second day, and brought in a separate crew to handle the installation of the steps. While we had given him a rendering of what we wanted, the results were even better than we had anticipated. In addition to the work we had initially agreed upon, we also requested that Chris replace the boards that encased the siding on both sides of the chimney. Upon his return to address some hidden damage that he had discovered during his inspection of the deck and chimney, Chris uncovered additional damage to the chimney that required the top, siding, and internals to be completely replaced. This was completed promptly and even included the painting of the new assembly. Chris also installed new flashing to prevent further water damage to unexposed wood. Notably, we had inquired about a copper cap for the posts, with the sole purpose of keeping water out. However, Chris suggested a more attractive option - a copper cap with a solar-powered light - and did not charge us extra for it. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Chris's work.

We engaged this company for our bathroom renovation, and they commenced the work promptly and completed it within the stipulated timeline. It was effortless to collaborate with them during the entire project.
