Our world is currently dealing with issues such as world tensions, a struggling economy, and a lack of workers, which have all caused stress and division among members of many work teams. However, there is a way to overcome this – by connecting with one another authentically.

As a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with John Maxwell Leadership, my goal is to help individuals and teams create more harmony and productivity in the workplace by developing greater awareness, true alignment, and healthier relationships. My passion lies in working with organizations in human services such as group homes, nursing homes, schools, churches, and other groups, but I can also assist any business seeking to build a more productive team.

My coaching approach is tailored to the specific challenge at hand. I utilize meditation and other exercises to enhance personal awareness, identify values, and overcome limiting beliefs. I incorporate principles of systems thinking, effective teamwork, community, and active listening, among others, to guide participants towards success.
