If the app had allowed me to, I would have selected all five reasons for why we give a great review. Paola was fantastic. She was highly responsive and scheduling with her was effortless. My dog, which is a large black lab/Rottweiler mix named Bear, usually hates getting groomed and tends to become aggressive. I have attempted various options like visiting groomers at their salons and having mobile groomers visit, but it has always been a stressful task to get the job done. In most cases, my dog would need to be wrestled down, muzzled, and pinned to cut his hair. However, Paola, being a dog lover, visited my house to make Bear feel more comfortable and brought her tools with her. She arrived on time, being very loving and sweet to Bear. Paola was open to trying out different ways to make Bear comfortable while still grooming him up. She was patient enough to give him great cut, and contrary to his regular demeanor, Bear was all smiling and cheerful, looking excellent. After a grooming experience, Bear usually acts depressed, but he was happy with Paola's work. To make sure everything was fine, Paola texted me later, emphasizing that despite Bear's behavior, she wouldn't shy away from offering us any of her services at any time. In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend Paola!
