I understand your struggles because I have faced them myself. I have been in a position of feeling stuck, unvalued, and unloved. My job was unsatisfying, my marriage was falling apart, and I battled with alcoholism. However, I was determined to change, and I was ready to do whatever it took to do so.
Despite my low self-esteem and insecurity, I knew I wanted to become a coach. I would often talk myself out of it, believing I was not good enough, confident enough, or smart enough. I convinced myself that no one would take me seriously or that I didn't have the time or resources. But I knew I needed to overcome my limiting beliefs and pursue my dreams.

I enlisted Coach Crystal's help to regain control over my life.
