Our experience with these guys was excellent. They were prompt and efficient, completing the job within the allotted time frame. They did an outstanding job with the stains and the overall appearance of the carpet was greatly improved. They were upfront about what we could expect and they met our expectations exactly. We will definitely use their services again. One of the things we appreciated was the fact that they are a smaller business and we were able to speak directly to someone who understood our needs as a customer and was knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.
