Within an hour, Kieth arrived and promptly attempted to remove a c-wire that I assumed was an extra wire at the air exchange for my thermostat. However, I soon realized that the wire I believed was unused was not where I anticipated it to be. As a result, we concluded that it was necessary to seek an assessment from an HVAC specialist. The service was extremely professional, punctual, remarkably cost-effective, and wonderfully pleasant.
